Very good operator

I was very pleased with the outcome when Ian sold our deceased mother's house via auction recently. Selling via auction is a bit stressful, especially if you don't have a clear idea of what the property is worth. All agents will tell you that they will work to get you the best possible price and Ian was no exception in that. But the proof was in the pudding at the auction.
