Professional and helpful. Overall a pleasure to deal with.

We interacted with Matthew in securing a rental property. He was responsive, competent, helpful and nice. Dealing with the front desk, it was clear that there was appropriate internal communication. Also, the paperwork (e.g. signing the lease and completing the inspection report) was easy to complete because the systems were user friendly, the contract wordings were reasonable and Matthew had appropriately completed the work on his end. Our overall impression is that this is a well run establishment with helpful and professional staff. This by far exceeds my past experiences with realtors!
