Purchased Property in Ashfield, Simon was the Vendor's Agent

Throughout the process of looking for a home in Ashfield Simon connected with me and my partner quite quickly. As purchasers the estate agent is never wanting to sell to you for the lowest price and Simon clearly works hard for his Vendors. When we were unable to meet in the middle on a property Simon advised that he had some others he could show us that were realistically in our price range. He was able to give us an early look at the unit knowing that we were serious purchasers and he obviously did what he could to retain the interest of people intending to buy, despite not being able to find the middle ground on a different place. Simon was clear with what he was communicating, and towards the end of the process has been very amenable.
