The Worst Experience in Renting!
From the day we moved in we have had nothing but problems. They let us move into a house that doesn't meet the minimum housing standards. 1 key worked, the garage door didn't lock, my 5-year old could walk out the front and windows anytime and onto the carport roof out her window, the exhaust fan doesn't work, the rumpus room was damp and mouldy & had to throw out all my daughter's toys and a couple of couches and the list goes on. I highly recommend writing down and taking pics of absolutely everything as they are now trying to sting me for things that were already there and I was too nice by not writing down everything and not breaching them as they did absolutely nothing to fix anything in the whole 12 months we were there. I would ring them and email and would never get any responses. I have been a home owner and have rented out our unit in the past and I would never recommend paying these people to look after my home. Do Not under any circumstance be nice because they will not look after your interests as a tenant
