Property in poorer condition than described

I was not impressed by the entry report and how many things I had to indicate were not in good, clean condition. The shower should have been noted as broken and fixed. Fly screens should also be replaced. These all cost less than $200 in materials to resolve, while I'm paying over $600 a week. Ray White should be encouraging owners to walk through their properties and actually fix things between tenants, or consider not taking them on as clients. It sets a very poor standard. When showing a property to renters, the property manager should also have actually checked everything is working. Follow up on subsequent issues has been pretty good though.
