I had known Andy for several years and I was well aware of his excellent reputation as a Real Estate Agent. I signed an agreement commencing June 10 until July 10 for a “quiet sale” of our unit 11/14-16 Freeman Road Chatswood. Did Andy need that long to succeed? Certainly not! Five days later he had a definite purchaser and, after the Strata Report was inspected, contracts were exchanged on June 21. So, 10 days from the commencement of our agreement to the exchange of contracts! WOW! That is why I call Andy Yeung a fantastic Real Estate Agent. But it is not only because of his amazing success that he is entitled to be called “fantastic”. It is also because of his thorough professionalism, his excellent advice, his courtesy, and the encouragement and support he gave us throughout the whole process of selling from beginning to settlement.
