I found Andy’s manner engaging and his approach to both marketing and sale of the property highly professional. The fees for both marketing and the sale were in line with other agents. What was very refreshing was that Andy kept us informed of all offers and provide a detailed report following every open house event. Andy was also extremely helpful when we first consulted with him by moving through the house room by room and outlining what should stay and what should go as well as the required maintenance that would assist with the sale. Despite Andy’s efforts the property did not meet our reserve at auction, however Andy was able to secure a buyer with in 48 hours who exceeded our expectation as well as the range first indicated by Andy.
