We had an excellent experience selling our property with Andy Yeung and his team. From our first meeting through to the final negotiation, Andy demonstrated a very sharp pulse on the local market and provided clear, practical and honest advice throughout the campaign. In a rising market, almost every agent can look successful. We believe the real test of an agent is how they perform in a challenging or declining market. This is where Andy’s experience, market knowledge and negotiation skills really stood out. What impressed us most was his ability to read each buyer and understand their individual situation, motivation and level of interest. He doesn’t use the same approach with every buyer. He knows when to push, when to hold back and when to change strategy to keep a buyer engaged and achieve the strongest possible outcome. Andy is a determined negotiator, and we always felt he was fighting for every last dollar on our behalf rather than simply trying to get a deal done. There is a big difference between selling a property and negotiating the best possible price, and Andy understands that difference. Although Andy’s commission was one of the highest we were quoted in the area, we genuinely felt it was value for money. The difference in commission can easily be outweighed by what an experienced agent can achieve through better strategy and negotiation. Andy was also always available to answer our questions and kept us well informed throughout the process. Together with his highly experienced and hardworking team, we felt we had excellent support from start to finish. Having experienced Andy’s service firsthand, we don’t believe there is another team on the North Shore that could have done a better job for us. We would have no hesitation recommending Andy Yeung to anyone considering selling, particularly in a challenging market where experience and negotiation really matter.
