My agent Giovanni PIAZZA, is extremely thorough with excellent communication skills which I expect given my busy professional lifestyle. If I call him he always gets back to me to discuss any issues I have. He has excellent knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and explains things to me clearly and concisely when required. He is friendly and approachable but assertive when he needs to be and his presentation is excellent.
