Excellent from the Outset

Dean was confident in his valuation, and gave advice on how we might present the property - with very little effort and cost. Dean was always prompt to reply, even outside of hours. He kept us up to date with the interest that was shown from the online advertising. He worked well with our tenant, and the house sold within four days for almost $20K over the maximum valuation. Next house we sell we will be going straight back to Dean.
