I can highly recommend Louie Kazzi if you want to sell. Louie chased me for a listing for years. I wasn't interested in selling at the time, but when I was I figured he was the only agent actively hunting listings. For this reason, I went with Louie. I figured if he was this proactive with a listing then he'd be proactive with getting buyers. I was not disappointed. In a depressed market he showed the property to many and on auction day we had 7 registered bidders. Phenomenal result above the reserve price was achieved.
