Knowledge and experience makes the difference.

It wasn't the easiest of sales however Lauren's knowledge and experience was the difference. On several occasions calls were made to deal with difficult/tricky situations and her calming voice was much soothing to deal with these difficulties, her ability to approach others to ensure the deal was done and to get it across the line showed her true professionalism.
