1st Time Using L J Hooker Bateau Bay

We switched one of our rental properties from our regular agent of many years. The property was still vacant despite them having it listed for almost 7 weeks. We changed to Amanda at L J Hooker and were very impressed. I met her, photos were organized very promptly, a couple of suggestions she made and an open house the first Saturday she had the property on her books. 2 good tenant applications and a great new tenant family moving in almost as soon as it was on her books. A relief after waiting so long and virtually nothing doing with our other agent.
