Would not recommend to anyone wanting to sell their home

As a buyer, I found the communication from this agent to be extremely poor. Getting the initial inspection was difficult. I understand that there would be a lot of time wasters at that stage. However, even after having our offer verbally accepted, I had to wait two whole business days to get a call back from my attempts at contact with the agent. In the meantime, we had acquired the information we needed through the agency directly as we couldn't wait any longer. They hadn't even had any communication that our offer was accepted. Throughout the whole process she was barely involved. I would not recommend this agent to anyone wanting to actually sell. I never write negative reviews, and I really wish I didn't have to, but even in the request to complete this survey, she didn't bother to spell my name correctly. This just goes to show her lack of care and respect for her clients that she makes money from.
