Poor experience

My experience hasn't been great with Raywhite Baulkham Hills. The deposits and payments were requested right away contrary lease agreement wasn't sent until the day before I was supposed to pick up the keys despite asking multiple times. It was too late to back out of the agreement by that time. I had to go to their office to pickup the keys than agent meeting me onsite both times. Seems their commitment is important versus mine. Building manager became short with me saying your property manger should be assisting you with the questions. Moving is already so stressful and full on but did not get that level of understanding from these guys. I had to run around with laptop and work remotely. Bitter experience from get go. In hindsight, I would never sign a lease agreement with these guys. Repair and maintenance issue takes ages. No compliance of lease agreements from their end but you will be reminded of your obligation even though you might be doing the right thing. I would never engage these guys to look after my property. There is lack of professionalism and arrogance especially from the Agency owner. They forget that their business runs because of the tenant and destroying that relationship will only affect their business. I am very disappointed with my experience and personally would not want to talk/engage with them unless I really have to. Sad.
