About Carley

When it comes to property management on the Central Coast, there are few people with quite as much depth of experience and relationships than Carley Eder. Carley started in real estate around 15 years ago. She started in a receptionist role, moved into a sales capacity, and then found her true passion in property management. She worked her way from a portfolio of 150 to eventually becoming team leader and head of department. Under Carley’s leadership were over 1800 managements, 20 staff and 6 different offices. While her career has grown to impressive heights over those years, her real love is in dealing with her clients and personally offering them an exceptional experience. Carley is proud to have meaningful and genuine relationships with so many landlords around the region. Her recent move to Ray White was based upon being able to foster those relationship and customise the service to each individual. On a personal note, Carley has lived on the central coast for over 25 years and lives locally with her family. She has an investment property herself, and a deep understanding of the area.

It was extremely easy to deal with Quinta.

She answered all my questions & where there were a few that needed to be clarified she came back to me with answered very quickly. Being an oldie I needed some help with a couple of things & Quinta was was great. This was so different to some of my previous experiences.

Good agent

I purchased my property through Ray White Bensville and have also been renting it out through them. Both experiences have been very positive. The team at Ray White Bensville are professional and knowledgeable in their work. They have consistently found good tenants, and most recently secured a new tenant at the first inspection. They also manage all regulatory requirements in a timely and efficient manner. I’m very satisfied with their service.
