Wow. Exceeded My Expectations

We were coming out of a really bad tenant/property manager experience. We had spent a lot of time and money getting things back in order and were not sure if we should go with another property manager or manage the property ourselves. Carley was amazing. She had done her homework re the area and was able to answer all our questions. She gave an honest assessment of our property and pointed out a couple of things we had missed. Carley kept her promises and was honest with us about our expectations. Her communication with us was exceptional. Carley understood we were cautious due to our prior experience and reassured us that not all tenants were like that and gave us advice and options. I really liked that she notified us of some things that needed to be seen to prior to the tenant moving in. She required us to be the best that we could be also. I liked that. I feel that we are in good hands
