Approachable understanding and good advice through process gets results

Matt and his team at RW Bensville have been fantastic. He talked me through the process calmly, taking the time to hear my needs, thoughts and worries - no question was too hard. Lucy Jaggard was instrumental in supporting the initial stages off the renovations before I moved back in. She also assisted with supplier contacts thereafter and on the day of the viewings for the sale. Matt was to me the antithesis of the attributes that can give RE Agents a bad rap. He knew I would take my time and didn’t push. Yet we kept in contact at the right frequency and he let me get on with the work ahead of the sale, balancing my work/life demands.
