In follow up to my attempted phone call to discuss further, could you please provide in relation to where we have not repsonsed or confirmed in relation to fixing issues, I have reviewed communications and can certainly see we have responded and confirmed reports of issues being fixed, so to ensure I look into this thoroughly, please send through an email to hannah.bush@raywhite.com so I can look into this for you.
