An absolute delight!

We could not rate Bonnie Worth highly enough. We had dealings with several agents while looking to purchase a home in Brisbane from interstate. Bonnie was the only agent that actually followed us up and kept in touch. Her communication skills are excellent and nothing is too much trouble for her. She was aware that we'd had some bad experiences with two previous properties through difference agencies and did all she could to allay our anxiety during the negotiations and while the contract was not unconditional. Since the contract has been unconditional she has continued to keep in touch and be extremely prompt, patient and helpful with any of our questions. Besides all of this, she is simply a lovely and genuine person. We would definitely use Bonnie if we were to ever sell in Brisbane.

Very happy

It's not an easy decision to choose an agent to sell your house, as you risk making the wrong choice which can cost time and money if they do not achieve the right price. I spoke with several agents and felt favourable towards at least two but chose Bonnie based on her proven success in our area. I have not regretted this decision as Bonnie did all the right things and achieved a sale within days of going on the market, at a price that we were very happy with. She does not miss anything, she is very organised and works with both parties to achieve satisfaction.
