A blessing!

What can I say about Bec?! She was honestly such a blessing for me. As a first home seller I was really looking for someone who was going to be honest, hold my hand a bit and keep it real. Bec was all of these things plus more! After being completely low balled by one agent, I went searching for another and found Bec. When I told her that someone had quoted me a sale price $100,000 less than what she thought it could sell for she was gob smacked - (she also sold it for this price and delivered on the promise!) from the moment I signed on with Bec she was attentive to my needs, communicated strongly and gave me amazing advice on the offers that I had received. Bec ran multiple open homes for my property, chased down offers, warded off low ball offers and just made what I thought was going to be a horrible experience a great one! Calling her for advice - she always answered! She did an amazing job staging my property and there was honestly nothing too big or too small for to tackle. In the future when I look to buy or sell another property Bec will be the first person I call!
