Our house in Mooloolah Valley

After first meeting Dan Smith we were struct by his professional approach to selling our house and throughout the whole process Dan remained the total professional throughout. Our house was difficult to sell in that it had a lot of unappreciated costs in its construction and was basically the best house in the street. Dan hung in there and searched for the right buyer for our property, eventually locating a buyer that appreciated the property for its unique features.
