I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mitch Rowe because he is experienced, diligent, knowledgeable and personable. Specifically related to the process of selling, the pictures and digital marketing of the property are amazing. They made me think twice about selling it! We exceeded our reserve even though the most serious potential buyer was young and inexperienced at purchasing at auction.
