High touch and very hands on

Emma remained in touch and very helpful over many years and as a result we asked her to sell my parents house when our time came. I needed an agent who would communicate well, listen and who could give my parents confidence. She did not disappoint and worked very long hours and was proactive in keeping us updated. She had very good recommendations for various vendors to help us prepare the house - in particular she referred a builder who completed renovations and painting in record time and at very reasonable cost. She communicated directly with the building on timeline required and gave us suggestions on what we could do to get best bang for buck. She guided us well through the final stages leading up the the auction - which was ultimately successful. We got the price we wanted. The new owner is happy. We are all happy!
