We have bought/sold multiple properties and can confidently say Emma is the best real estate agent we have ever had. She fought hard to get the best price for us but always acted with integrity and transparency. She advised us accurately re market conditions and went over and above to maximise the number of potential buyers on auction day (eg agreeing to extra inspections, responding to messages and enquiries after hours, encouraging buyers to remain engaged etc). She co-ordinated repairs/touch-ups/staging using trustworthy (and good value) tradies and service providers. Perhaps most importantly, she carefully explained the decision points, tested our thinking and then backed our decisions.
