We purchased this property sight unseen and I believe Belinda went above and beyond to make my purchase successful. She took me through the property by video and that made us feel that we had made the correct decision. She also met me at the complex to view the apartment the next time I was in Cairns. Belinda's knowledge of the apartment complex was excellent and she has been able to answer any questions we have had. When we collected the keys she met me on a Sunday which made us feel she really cared about our time and to make this purchase not just a commercial transaction but that she would continue to help us should we need anything. The apartment for now is an investment and Belinda put me in contact with the rental department so the whole process has been very easy and seamless. Thanks so much
