I found Ray White to be very professional and friendly. They explained everything in detail

A few positive things that stood out for me that I have not experienced with other realtors. 1. Having our 2 kids on the application, Ray White South had 2 extra sets of keys cut for them. I have always had to get extra keys cut myself. 2. Ray White South actually told me when bin day was. 3. Ray White South also told me some information about the neighbours, what they were like and names 4. Ray White South gave us a dinner voucher on them for the local Pizza place. I was thrilled, who was to cook when you have been moving all day. I thought this was a lovely personal touch. 5. Every time I get an email they send a text message informing me they have sent an email. I love this. 6. The entry report was on an app with photos and information which they have done but I can also add photos and comments to it. This was so easy, I hadn’t done it this way before. I also was given a paper copy Overall the staff are all lovely and professional. I found they have given me information that I hadn’t had before and I liked this.
