Quickly rectified a difficult situation.

Thanks to Explore Property Cairns, our property, which was left uninhabitable by a problem tenant (inherited from a previous property management service), was brought back up to standard and re-tenanted within three months. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process as the work was carried out. Many service providers and trades were promptly engaged, and the insurance claims were handled by Explore Property as well. I am now looking forward to this 12-month lease running much more smoothly.
