Disappointed

The money is not in the bank yet but I've received 5 reminders in the last 16 days to write a review, I am happy that the property has sold but there were a lot of areas that left me dissatisfied. Communication from the start was poor with a lot of mistakes made during the advertising draft process, the photographer stated skip bins and the likes would be removed but they were left in requiring myself to submit photos satisfactory for advertising, worst of all I had people accessing the property and showing themselves around unattended. The agent was regularly busy requiring her assistant to attend, the response was "you should be grateful she took time out of normal working hours". The percentage commission was well above competition and I would expect the extra effort to be made in reflecting this, unfortunately I would not use Explore Property Cairns again especially for property out of town.
