Great first impression and excellent knowledge of farm equipment and infrastructure

Katrina was fabulous to deal with and showed great knowledge of acreage properties and infrastructure. She was able to set the correct price for our property, which helped achieve a successful sale. However, she only attended one inspection, with her assistant Ash handling the remaining inspections and all of the paperwork for the sale. From the time the property sold, both the us and the buyer didn’t hear from Katrina or Ash again until the hour of settlement, which was a little disappointing. We had to organise the transfer of keys ourselves. She is super lovely and sweet, but the communication breakdown during the process did let the experience down slightly.
