Gisele stepped into the sale of our home at 3 Primo Street after difficulties with a high valuation and marketing pitched to a market that was in flux. The previous agent did a good job but the high price put on the home due to the inappropriate valuation made the deal very difficult to close with prospective buyers. We searched the market for an agent who could turn the difficulties caused by the high valuation and the strategy agreed upon made good commercial sense to us.
