Great Experience with Claudio at Ray White Cairns

Claudio Di Bartolomeo just sold my unit in Cairns for me and did a great job. It was slightly more complicated than a normal sale, because the tenant was a hotel group, and that adds an extra layer of complications, but he was adept at navigating those. He was also helpful to me in getting and processing the many forms and documents that are part of a Queensland sale these days.
