Excellent agent, great communication, practical, no-nonsense, very helpful

We had an excellent experience dealing with Lucia in our purchase of an apartment in Canberra whilst living several hours away. It is unusual to find an agent who fulfills their obligations to their vendor, but also makes the purchaser feel looked after. Excellent communication from the very beginning, helpful in answering all of our questions, and then very helpful in facilitating the negotiations during offer acceptance. After acceptance, she was very helpful in facilitating contract exchange and sorting out a custom settlement date over the new year break to align with both sets of solicitor's re-opening dates. Even after contract exchange, she was very helpful in arranging a one-off inspection before settlement so we could take some measurements for furniture etc, and then separately for a final pre-settlement inspection at short notice. She even went back to the apartment and did some extra checks for us after my husband did a superficial final inspection.
