Recommend without reserv-ation!

We bought the Cook townhouse twelve years ago from Ray White’s consummate trio Phyllis Tidmarsh, Gerard Northey and Troy Reddick. My mother proudly placed their fridge magnets on her fridge as a memento of the successful day. When it came time to sell the property we returned to those same magnets to contact Phyllis as she remains the inner Belconnen region’s real estate go-to for smooth and stress-free sales. Her extensive market understanding coupled with her impeccable professional demeanour made her the perfect choice to partner in this major transaction. Throughout the campaign we valued the regular updates and insights she provided through her calm and reassuring engagement. We achieved an excellent result. We recommend the ‘Queen of Cook’ without reservation!
