Professional, supportive & exceeds expectations

Our home had been in the family since the 1960s. The decision to sell was emotional, and my sister and I had very little knowledge about the real estate market. It wasn't until we met Dan that we began to feel comfortable in handing our home over to him to sell. From the first day we met Dan we knew we were with the right agent, an agent who would take us through the process quietly and respectfully. Dan's Operations Manager, Jayne, wrote the most amazing marketing advertisement and from her words, we were comforted that she also understood how important and special the home was to us. From the first day of marketing, to the fall of the hammer, Dan kept us informed and provided advice. On auction day he drew on his extensive auction experience and everyone felt relaxed (as well as could be expected) and excited about the auction. Throughout the auction Dan showed respect and professionalism, none of the usual theatrical hype that can be on display at an auction, just Dan giving bidders and my sister and I as the sellers, the time to consider the offers presented, when the time was right Dan gave my sister and I a gentle reassuring nod to accept the highest bid as it was time to pass the home on to a new young family. It's difficult to describe the qualities that Dan and Jayne have that make them the right people to sell your home, its just a feeling that you get when you meet them. It's a leap of faith to put such a large asset into the hands of complete strangers, but if my review can provide any assistance to perspective sellers, trust our experience, Dan is the agent you want working with you to sell your home.
