Prior to selling my property, I leased it out through Badenoch Real Estate Property Management (also highly recommended). Before committing to using Badenoch for the sale, I shopped around and compared agents. However, it didn't take me long to choose - Symon was prompt, professional and informative even before I committed to selling through him. He took the time to talk me through the process and make sure I understood everything I needed to know about selling. I was impressed with his market knowledge and 'no pressure' approach. Throughout the whole process, Symon (and Lucia) exceeded my expectations of what an agent should do. They were in constant contact with me (particularly important as I don't live in Canberra) keeping me informed of progress. They organised repairs and necessary improvements to the property and were always honest and positive in their approach. They went above and beyond what was required of an agent - I always felt like they were only a phone call or email away if I needed to be in touch. They followed up with everything they said they would do in record time. I never had to chase them. Overall, an excellent experience. I would definitely use Symon Badenoch and his team if I were to sell another property. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
