Since moving into our new home, which is a bit older, we have had multiple requests for minor fixes or unrealised issues. All of these have been handled effectively and in a timely manner with clear communication from the property managers. Our onboarding/handover process was smooth and reassuring, as we had never rented before, with a comprehensive list of what to do in certain situations to make sure all issues or emergencies were handled properly
