A genuine agent

We had the pleasure of meeting Pat at the initial open home for the house we bought. He instantly was a pleasure, accommodating to our young baby and our quick rush through to inspect the property. He was not a typical agent who wanted all your details on the spot, he let us go through and take our time and greeted us on the way out with a smile and then chatted with us. We knew it was the one as we had good vibes all round. Pat also was easy to deal with as we has contact with him with questions, additional site inspections to measure up pre-settlement and it was never an issue.
