Good information at all steps in the process

Ray White kept me informed about how the process of renting was going. But the process itself was slow, with tenants not turning up for inspections, and cancelling applications after submitting. This is not necessarily due to the agent, however I felt that following up references etc. could have been done more quickly to minimise the likelyhood of this - even letting a tenant know they were holding the property for them pending landlord approval or something. Overall taking nearly 3 months to find a tenant (admittedly over Christmas) is a bit long.
