Fantastic service, quick response and really great team!

I have been using the real estate team at Ray White Carnegie to manage two investment properties I own. Their service has been fantastic - they communicate very well, respond to any phone calls, emails or queries quickly and are a great team to work with. I recently had to let out one of the investment properties again as a tenant gave notice to leave. Becca at Ray White Carnegie who manages the property for me did an extremely good job managing this transition, organising the advertising and open for inspections for this property, and sourcing a new tenant to move in. The overlap time from one tenant leaving to the new tenant moving in was one day ... which was a fantastic result. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Ray White Carnegie real estate team - they are professional, communicate very well, take into account what you say and want, and provide a really excellent service.
