Country
Typical Lachlan river alluvial soils ranging from grey clays to some red clay loams. First class soils suited to all types of crops including cotton, sorghum, corn, pulses and cereals. Timber along the river and infrastructure areas included river red gum, yellow box and rosewood. The property has been used as an intensive irrigation and dryland cropping farm with 504*ha of first class irrigation and 1180ha of dryland cropping, with the balance is used for improved pastures of bambatsi panic and premier digit grass and grazing.
