PURCHASE A PROPERTY FOR YOU SMSF INVESTMENT WITH CONFIDENCE

Since early March 17 I had been searching Adelaide SA, for an investment property for my SMSF portfolio. I began from the North down to all the beach areas and my finally destination being Christie Downs SA. After locating a potential property listed by Ray White via the internet I phoned Peter White on a Saturday in early August 17, I was apprehensive to call as photos do not always show the truth. Peter gave me details of the area, the rental potential and how the area would hold capital gains into the future, I made a offer within an hour. His ability to incite trust and be flexibility in negotiating with the Vendor, was reassuring and a plane trip from Sydney to Adelaide was worth the risk. I am so confident in their ability that I have asked Ray White Christies Beach to take over the existing tenancy agreement and have Judy Stacher, another attractive team member; to manage the property. The Concierge service they provide was a complete surprise from 30 days free insurance on the home and ongoing discounts to upgrade the property. I recommend Peter White and his team, as they treat you as a friend and never undermine your knowledge of the market place and help educate you through the purchasing and rental journey.
