Very Disappointed. Would not recommend

After Karl communicating with me over the years, I thought I was doing the right thing and getting him to sell our unit. Well that was a mistake. Granted he sold the unit but anyone could have. He was unprofessional and I felt that he wasn't working for us. He then proceeded to send out an email to people in our complex exposing our unit number as well as the sold price without telling me that he was going to do that. We felt our privacy has been exposed. Even before it was signed I had to tell him to keep the open homes going. His comment was "it's as good as sold". As I stated to him until it's signed it's not sold. This experience with Karl has left me feeling very disappointed and I wish I had gone with my gut instinct and went with another real estate. But I always like to do the right thing by people. My advice to anyone in the Brisbane CBD and surrounds, be very aware of who you use to sell your unit and really do some research. If I was to sell another unit in the CBD I definitely would not be using Karl again.
