Honest and realistic, with a very professional approach

Raphael sold our house in a difficult market, amongst interest rate rises. We didn’t quite get what we wanted but he was honest about the expectations and we came very close. I had regular updates about the prospective buyers and was well prepared for auction day. Communication was quick and responsive. The marketing (both photos and copy) was outstanding. We have recommended Raph to our neighbours as our experience was outstanding.
