Streamlined process, great communication and teamwork

Raph has a very well oiled machine to manage the sale process. He is realistic with his advice on what to do to achieve the best result, and taking his advice gave me a much better sale price than I expected in this market. His team are proactive in their communication and they keep me up to date constantly on what is happening throughout the campaign. Everyone worked well together and nothing got missed.
