Enthusiastic agent with a great team

Raphael did a wonderful job selling my townhouse. Despite a relatively short period getting it all ready, he organised contractors to paint, install new carpet, clean, tidy and photograph the property. His team gave constant updates on all home opens, and his advice in fixing it up paid off with a fantastic auction result well above what I had hoped for. His team is always there to answer questions, and it's been a great choice having them onboard (especially as I no longer live in Melbourne).
