Going The Extra Mile And More

Our property purchase was a trinary experience, we weren't looking to buy until we looked at this property after driving past it daily for weeks. Michelle was refreshing, very approachable and easy to work with. There were personal health challenges with one of the sellers, Michelle showed empathy, helping out where she could, doing whatever was needed to sell the property for them. My experience as the buyer was great, i was unprepared as i wasn't looking to buy and this delayed the process. I had NO finance approved. I was also selling part of my business. There were so many challenges for Michelle navigating both sides of the transaction. A probate clauses was added to the contract due to the sellers sensitive state of health and two days after exchange of contracts a death occurred. Navigating the obstacles as a buyer was fairly smooth, the only challenge was navigating the delays due to banks and legals, selling my business and buying the property. Two transactions happening at the same time makes for more complication. I found Michelle showed integrity, privacy and respect to the seller during the complicated health challenges with no disclose of sensitive personal information. After contract stage we were introduced to the sellers where we personally navigated the transition to occupancy. We haven't settled as yet due to a death and the property is in probate but we have occupancy, allowing us to paint and make it ours. Occupancy was agreed as the normal 6 week settlement terms in case of death, the final settlement could be 3months to 12months, who knows so we just go about life for now. Its a dance, and the agent is the glue that makes everything work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michelle Olsen if i was selling or buying, the right amount of effort and communication to make the transaction work smoothly. Thanks again Michelle ...
