Hi there he has contacted me few times he spoke to with nice Cam Mena. He knows the market. He knows what the property is worth and at the of the day.\n I did pay more, but was all worth. You dont want to be left out but that was my Decision. I was\n N't pushed to buy, I guess that's what made me buy the property. The value is there.Properties goes up in the end.
