Excellent Service with professionalism and patience

Our property was put on the market by Raj's team. They worked hard on the marketing and inspection. We were regularly updated on the buyers, their feedback and the market. They worked outside business hours to ensure that the potential buyers were accommodated so that we do not miss the highest bidder. You must note that the market conditions also play a very important factor when it comes to sale of your property. You maybe located in a good street but if the street is busy then it may turn away few buyers. If there are other houses available for sale in the same postcode it creates competition and it affects the price of your property. During the sale period if interest rate goes up it will affect the number of people coming for inspections. You also need to work hard on your property during the sale. You have to keep it clean and make sure that its easily accessible to the viewers. All this was taken care off by Raj's team. I estimate that in order to sell a property they must be having at least 150 telecon. Not an easy job. They sold my property which was just shy of $20k than what we wanted. We grabbed it.
