Professional, knowledgeable, great communicator, customer orientated & effective marketing strategy

Tim is a very reliable and professional marketing agent. He is friendly, patient and helpful, very responsive to customer's needs. He is very knowledgeable about the current market and future outlook. He offers good advice on how to present our property to appeal to potential buyers. He helped us to engage good service providers to prepare our property to a high standard before the launch of a well-conceived marketing campaign. Tim is strategic in his marketing approach and recommended that we sell our property via auction. Upon getting our agreement, Tim organised and coordinated a very successful marketing campaign. This resulted in a very successful auction of our property. There were 7 registered bidders with 5 actively bidded during the auction which attracted a large crowd. Our property was sold at the auction at a price above our reserve level. We were later told that it set the new sale price record for properties along our street. After the successful sale, Tim continues to coordinate the settlement process. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome of the auction. We are grateful to Tim for his help.
